Pro U-Rent Pack offers everything that is needed to give you peace of mind while you are away.

 The Package (based on a weekly stay):
- Thorough cleaning of the apartment prior to guests’ arrival.
- Preparing beds with linen and towels according to your prior request regarding number of guests.
- Switch on/off boilers and fridge.
- Welcoming and checking-in your guests at the apartment.
- Checking-out your gests prior to their departure.
- Laundering bed linen and towels after guests’ departure.
- Providing report and photos of any damage or theft if needed. In cases like this we will follow your instructions and will assist you in rectifying the damages or losses at your expense.

The Price:
Studio (up to 3 persons): 85 BGN; 44 Euro; 40 GBP
1 bedroom apartment (up to 4 persons): 99 BGN; 51 Euro; 46 GBP
2 bedroom apartment (up to 6 persons): 110 BGN; 56 Euro; 51 GBP

 Pro Service will not accept liability for any damage or theft caused by your guests.

Important:

• According to Bulgarian legislature licensing of all properties used for tourist accommodation is compulsory.
• The apartment and its contents should be insured against all standard risks-fire, earthquake, flood, theft, etc.
• Please note that the owner should provide full inventory of the property which has to meet the requirements of the tour operators and match the maximum number of persons each apartment can sleep. We recommend that the bed linen and towels are marked with your apartment number. If any important items, like sufficient bed linen and towels or cleaning equipment are missing, those must be provided by the owner prior to arranging for this service pack.
