PRO OFF- SEASON PACK

Today owners require a wide range of Property Management Services depending upon the property, weather conditions and individual needs. Pro Service gives each property individualized attention during the Off-season months (November to April) and each owner the peace of mind he needs.

The Package:

- Cleaning and preparing the property for the winter.
- Regular visits and checks of the property (once per month).
- Emergency checks following extremely severe storms.
- Ventilation of the property during our visits.
- Should there be any problem like excessive damp, mould, leaks, etc. we will inform you and will proceed following your instructions.
- Advise you regarding any necessary repairs.
- Cleaning and preparing the property for the summer season.

* Pro Service will do everything in our power to prevent any possible problem occurring but we can not be held liable for any damages caused due to weather conditions or faults in construction.

Studio: 80 BGN; 41 Euro; 35 GBP
1 bedroom apartment: 92 BGN; 47 Euro; 40 GBP
2 bedroom apartment: 104 BGN; 53 Euro; 45 GBP
